The training world has become littered with nuance and detail – to the point where its almost impossible to decide what exercises are “right”. All exercises come down to what is best for the specific person doing them. In this case, if we were able to only do 4 exercises for the rest of our lives to promote strength and optimize your health. Strength training should encompass a mixture of muscle building and structurally fortifying activities.
