PPSC Training Camp is a unique experience. Spend Friday night through Sunday training, eating, conversing, interacting and learning from our entire PPSC team. Our full time staff Dr John Rusin, Clifton Harski, Logan Dube and Dr Justin Farnsworth plus our assistant instructors LaLa Duncan, and Taylor VanDeLoo.

Train with 2 full workouts on Sat and Sun, plus a recovery/mobility each day and a guided recovery breathing session each afternoon.

And of VERY SPECIAL NOTE, we have rented the ENTIRE Downtown Fitness Formula Commercial Training Center. This is the BIGGEST club in the 10-club Chain, and we have the whole place ALL TO OURSELVES.

The address is 444 W Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60606.

Also of importance, PPSC will be taking care of all your food and drink for the weekend. You are only responsible for your travel and hotel room. And you’d better believe we eat for gains!

PPSC Training Camp: Chicago. July 16-17.

What is it? Intimate hands on training with the entire PPSC staff through 2-3 workouts on Sat and Sun, plus non-scripted fun social time and shared meals/drinks with the entire group from Friday night until Sunday.

Where is it? We have rented the entire Union Station (Downtown) Fitness Formula Commercial Fitness Facility. That’s an ENORMOUS amount of space and equipment for us to enjoy.

What else does it include? All your meals and drinks will be taken care of (paid for) by PPSC.

Why is this special? With the exception of the workouts, the entire weekend experience is driven by intimate and authentic relationship building between the participants and our team. Professional and personal relationships are developed, you get full access to our team and get to train HARD with other like-minded people under the very close eye of the PPSC team.
