Anamari Perez

Hi! My name is Anamari, I am a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with an undergrad degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I have certifications in life coaching, personal training, nutrition coaching, PNF assisted stretching, instrumental soft tissue therapy through Graston Technique LLC, and I have a license in massage therapy. I love hiking with my dog, martial arts, meditation, and reading. I am currently offering services in Orange County and Ventura County, CA areas. I love being able to support others by reigniting their passion in life through wellness and movement.
