My name is Crystal Marie Ferreira, I am a certified personal trainer and now recently PPSC certified!
I have a Bachelors in Physical Education: Sports/Fitness from Florida International University and I have been working in the fitness industry for about a year now.
I am looking forward to what this industry has to offer and how I can begin to make my mark in guiding people on how to feel happy and healthy in their own bodies.
