I reside in the desert of California (Palm Springs area). I own Quantum Fitness in Palm Desert. It is a small boutique "studio".  I work with "Snowbirds" 6 months out of the year as well as my year-round clientele. I enjoy networking with other professionals to take care of my Snowbirds when they are in their other locations.

I have been navigating Quantum Fitness, a middle schooler, and a golden retriever puppy through this Pandemic. I am grateful for my clients, my family, and my network of friends (personal & professional) that have kept me sane.

I am lucky to love what I do !
