Nick Jarosh

Welcome to NJF (Nick Jarosh Fitness)! As a fitness dude for a long time I always love the opportunity to get to know the people that we meet. You are probably wondering who the heck is this guy anyway? Well I am a native of Ankeny, IA. I have grown up in the community since I could talk. I played for many of the current high school coaches and could think of no better place to establish a business and gym than here in my hometown!

I come with over 15 years of fitness experience. Having worked for professional teams (Cincinnati Reds), and in college athletics I have learned a few things along the way. Picking up many certifications but more importantly learning from some of the best in the industry. Then turning that around and helping our youth, high school, and collegiate athletes become better versions of themselves! I am an open book and would love the opportunity to train your son or daughter.
