PPSC Training Camp is a unique experience. Spend Friday night through Sunday training, eating, conversing, interacting and learning from our PPSC team and other participants.

PPSC Training Camp: Orlando. October 8-9

What is it? Intimate hands on training with the PPSC staff through 2-3 workouts on Sat and Sun, plus non-scripted fun social time and shared meals/drinks with the group from Friday night until Sunday.

Where is it? BioFit Performance in Orlando, Florida

What else does it include? Drinks Friday, Smoothie, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, Smoothie, snacks and Lunch on Sunday.

Why is this special? With the exception of the workouts, the entire weekend experience is driven by intimate and authentic relationship building between the participants and our team. Professional and personal relationships are developed, you get full access to our team and get to train HARD with other like-minded people under the very close eye of the PPSC team.

This ticket is payment 2 of 2. The total cost is $1,498. The first ticket is $749, and on September 1 we will send the second invoice for $749.

9-10am lecture/coffee
10-11:30a training (Upper Push Strength Emphasis)
11:30-12:00p cooldown / clean up
12:00-1:00p lunch (Bole)
1:00-2:00p rest (hotel or biofit)
2:00-3:15p training (Lower hinge emphasis ESD) then smoothies
3:15-5:00 lecture / q+a / recovery in the contrast bath/sauna
5:00-5:30p stretching cooldown
6:30-8:30p dinner at ________

Sunday

9-10am lecture
10-11:30a training (Lower Squat Emphasis)
11:30-12:00p cooldown / clean up
12:00-1:00p lunch (Bole)
1:00-3:00p training (upper body esd emphasis) then smoothies
3:00-4:30p recovery contrast bath / q+a discussion
4:30-5:00 stretching cooldown

Bring: Bathing suit and any training belts or special things you need.
