I help busy husbands and fathers build the bodies and lives they want. I help them become better, stronger, healthier versions of themselves. As a husband, father, and small business owner, I understand the many responsibilities that compete for their time and attention. But despite these things, I know the achievement of their health and fitness goals is possible. My primary focus is helping them make purposeful exercise and supportive nutrition work within the parameters of their lives. I do this by providing training programs to fit their schedules, as well as teach them small, simple, actionable nutrition and lifestyle habits that can be practiced at home, in the office, or on the road. By helping them focus on their behaviors and practicing these habits consistently, I equip them with the "tools" necessary to build the bodies and lives they want.
