Amanda is a holistic health & performance coach from the San Francisco Bay Area where developing functional mobility and strength is at the forefront of her work. She has a whole-body approach to her training which focuses on incorporating movement, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle strategies that are specific in guiding each individual that she works with towards their highest potential.
In addition to being a Pain-Free Performance Specialist, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor, and an EXOS Performance Specialist. She also holds additional certifications with other industry educators including Precision Nutrition, Functional Movements Systems, and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. Amanda specializes in kettlebell strength and conditioning as well as bodyweight joint-specific strength training. Similar to the martial arts, she views training as a “practice” or a “discipline” rather than a workout and believes in its ability to heal both the body and the mind.
