I am a former college athlete turned fitness professional. I have spent over half of my life in the weight room and have been a coach and trainer for 10 years. I have had my fair share of injuries throughout the years so one of the main things I enjoy doing is helping other become and stay pain free. In today's everyday life a majority of us spend the majority of our days sitting down. I try to help prevent the slow deterioration of our bodies from every day life. We have one body and one life, we may as well keep it feeling as great as possible.
