I am a full time personal trainer working in West Vancouver with background in Martial Arts, and a handful of other team sports and activities done recreationally (mountain biking, rugby, paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, skiing etc. you name it), I've been working in the industry for almost 7 years now. Over the years my personal philosophy towards training has changed as injuries and time have taken their toll, going from a young and naive "body building" style trainer, to a much more experienced functional strength and conditioning mindset focusing on, strength, functionality, and longevity, while still keeping aesthetics in mind. I train to keep my body in tip top shape, so I can not only look good, but to be physically strong and capable to continue to do all the sports and activities I love.
