I am a personal trainer working in Vancouver, BC. I've been in the industry for just about 7 years. My main background focused in martial arts before I got into the weight room, but my list of interest outside of training include: Skiing, Biking, Hiking, Paddle Boarding, you name it... I like to be as capable and active as I can possibly be.
My personal Philosophy towards training has changed substantially over the years from being a young naive 21 year old trainer focusing on bodybuilding and aesthetics, and gone towards more functional strength/hypertrophy which allows me to continue doing all the things I love, all the while keeping an athletic and aesthetic physique.
