Hi, my name is Courtney Couch. I graduated in 2016 with my BSK in Exercise Science from Pacific Lutheran University. I am currently an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist for Valley Medical Center here in Washington state. I love working with all types of people to help them achieve their goals and create lifestyle changes.
