I am a physical therapist and the owner of Kaizen Physical Therapy based in Durham, NC.
My focus is on helping people overcome pain while avoiding surgery and the population I typically treat consists of chronic pain in the 40+ adult who wants to stay active.
I am also SFMA certified and perform dry needling and myofascial release.
