This is in addition to a sports and athletic background that spans over 13 years. Since becoming a personal trainer in 2014, my ultimate goal has always been to help people move pain-free and achieve an optimal level of fitness by training the right way with proper form and technique. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness that gives importance to the place of proper nutrition, cardio training, functional training and strength training being utilized simultaneously and systematically to achieve an optimal level of health, strength and performance.
