I am an ISSA certified personal training and am now a Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC). I have worn many hats in the past, but through it all have had fitness, wellness, and adventure as part of my life. As someone who grew up with kidney failure and had to have a kidney transplant I learned at an early age the important of maintaining my health. My own health struggles are what made me decide to enter the sciences I earned my BS in Microbiology and my MS in Cell and Molecular Biology and worked in a research lab for many years before deciding to make a change. While working in the lab I obtained my MPAC and became a CPA. I worked in the areas of assurance/audit/consulting and enjoyed meeting and working with clients. I noticed that a lot of people really lacked foundational fitness and felt they were too busy for one of the most important things we can do to grow old gracefully. This is when I decided to put my experience to the test and started down the path of becoming a personal trainer and sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I want to make a difference in the life of the overworked professional.
