James is a US Coast Guard Veteran who ended his military career due to an injury. Being injured, he developed a new found passion for fitness. Through his own recovery, James has learned how to program fitness routines unique to each individual that he works with. He holds an ISSA Fitness Trainer credential, is a 9Round Fitness Certified instructor, and is also a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist. James is here to motivate you and teach you the proper form and techniques of calisthenics, kickboxing, and weightlifting to maximize your workout to help you become more confident, stronger,  and burn off that unwanted body fat and to help you build the YOU that you are striving for.
