I'm  a retired Navy Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and current DOD Contractor. I live in the Destin area of Florida. I have 25 years experience leading physical fitness courses for US Military and have been a lifelong strength trainer myself. I am available to run preparation courses and sign off applications for the Navy physical screening tests for Special Program applicants (SEAL/EOD/DIVE) in the local area.
