Joseph DeBellis

My name is Joseph DeBellis, and for the past 7 years I've been involved in the CrossFit community here in Rochester.  Recently I've made a transition away from CrossFit and have gotten more into the personal training and development side of things, with the OPEX CCP training and now the PPSC training. I am a full time firefighter with the City of Rochester, so I still rely on mixed modal training aspects to help with myself and my clients.  I am always looking for an extra client or two, so if I haven't scared you away yet give me a message!  I'd love to help you feel your best.
