Josh is a Personal Trainer working for GoodLife fitness. He trained as a physiotherapy assistant/occupational therapy assistant in college giving him a real passion for helping people train injury free and get back to doing things that they love. He offers a variety of services including online or in Personal Training through GoodLife Fitness. He has a background in a variety of different sports including soccer, volleyball, and rock climbing and really enjoys challenging people to accomplish things they never thought they would be able to.
