Coming from a competitve gymnastics background I ventured into the Acting world and had the fortune to perform on stage in many shows for 20 years.

My last show was as an acrobat in LE REVE at the WYNN CASINO in Las Vegas.  Sadly due to Covid my career was cut short and the show closed its doors for good.  Luckily I completed my Personal Training certification three years prior and have been coaching ever since.

My whole life has been in fitness and what our bodies are capable of achieving.  So it has been amazing, to continue on with this new career and leaving the stage behind me.  I love helping people reach goals they didn't think possible, feeling good about themselves and most of all, enjoying fitness as a whole.
