Laura Meadows

I am a high performance athlete of 15+ years. During my time as an athlete I have won provincial and national basketball championships and I have had the privilege to travel to Taiwan for select international tournaments. After graduating and completing my basketball career, I struggled to find my place in fitness as an individual instead of a team.

That was when I made the decision to return to school and write the NSCA-CPT exam to help others find their place as well. I am now a CPT and owner of a private studio in Woodstock, ON where we aim to make the average feel elite.
