I have been a fitness coach for the past 13 years. I have been an avid student of movement, fitness, nutrition and rehabilitation. In 2016 I earned a MS in Exercise Science and for the past 3 years I have been a Yoga student focusing mostly on Yoga Therapy. As we know the body is quite complex and it is my professional goal to help clients move better, increase functional capacity, strength and overall health and well-being.
