I focus on providing my clients with realistic ways they can achieve their health goals regardless of their current fitness level. I support them in reaching milestones and celebrate daily achievements. I provide a fun environment, where the client can feel comfortable and find the joy in working hard, whether the goal is to lose weight, build muscle, learn a new skill, or lead a healthier lifestyle.
I create a safe space for my clients, where form and function come before intensity and load. I believe in evidence and science-based exercise and nutrition programs and I educate my clients about the benefits of the exercises they are performing. Each exercise program is customized to fit the needs of the client first and foremost, therefore client feedback is extremely important.
