I begin by listening my clients and getting to know what are their aspirations and limits, and that includes knowing expectations for your body, your mindset, your time constraints, and your daily demands. I'm an experienced Personal Trainer with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. I'm also a full-time working mom of a daughter and twin boys, a wife, a volunteer and an athlete. I know it's not easy to bring balance to your body and mind with a full-schedule. I'm here to help.
