Mata Gwet is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist Coach with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Human Nutrition Minor. She is dedicated to helping you achieve balance using a holistic approach. The goal is to help individuals incorporate all six dimensions of health (intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental) into their daily lives. Fitness is only a small fraction of the equation, while wellness syncs your mind and body together. Once this is achieved, flexible resiliency will help you adapt and bounce back from any obstacle that gets thrown your way.
As a person that is a Personal Trainer, Swim and Fitness Instructor, working on her second bachelor's degree, the oldest in the family, and an aspiring entrepreneur, Mata knows life can be pretty hectic. However, she is able to stay positive, enjoy what she loves, and have fun all while juggling many responsibilities. Mata believes it is very possible for everyone to balance all their responsibilities and give themselves the attention they need. It takes getting to know yourself, proper goal-setting, and self-care to live your life to the fullest.
