Bio

Fitness, coaching and teaching have always been my passion. I began my career in the Health and Wellness industry in 2004. I truly love helping people live a healthy and active lifestyle. I do have a soft spot for "newbies" and the older population. I make it my mission to help them ease into an active lifestyle with a "Make it Fun!" attitude. I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with Cooper Institute of Dallas as well as AFAA. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and Cooper. In 2015 I completed my 200-Hour RYT yoga training. Over the years my passion shifted towards pain free movement and postural alignment in my classes and private training sessions. I use my skills, my experience and my own personal  journey to help others succeed. My focus now is to pass on my excitement for fitness and help each client reach their individual goals with the proper knowledge, discipline and encouragement based around a personalized program.
