Natalie Hall, owner of Run with Natalie. Natalie has 10 years of running experience and 3 years of teaching experience including classes, training and coaching.
Natalie’s passion is running, and her philosophy is anyone can run with the right coaching and training. Natalie has finished 15 Half Marathons and numerous 10k and 5k distance races.
On her personal journey she found her way into the weight room and experienced the profound positive effects weight lifting has on running. By combining weight training with running, she's been able to run better, faster and farther than ever before!
Natalie has successfully coached multiple groups in completing distances from 5K's to Half Marathons. She also works one-on-one with clients of all levels each with varying goals. She prides herself in making their training not only fun to accomplish, but safe and effective.
Along with being PPSC Certified, Natalie is also a Certified RRCA Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
When she isn't out on a run or training, you can find her teaching a Strong Nation class, chasing after her two boys or playing around with puppies at her husbands dog boarding & training facility, Iron Point Kennels.
