I’m Nick. I am retired Air Force turned full time Personal Trainer. I was a bodybuilder for some time before shoulder surgery. This impact to my training made me dig in and find ways to allow me to train longer without pain. I started training in a more “functional” and S&C style before finding PPSC and expanding my knowledge so I can help not only myself, but my clients, friends, family, and followers train pain free and for the rest of their lives.
