Right now you’re thinking two things. Who are you? And why should I listen to you? I’m just a coach that reads a lot and implements on what’s working. I’m a pretty laid back person, that is until Spurs lose on the weekend and then I just lose the plot. If you like what I say about health, that’s awesome. But if not? That’s cool too. But, back to the point. I’m Sam, 30 years young/old however you look at it and grew up in a tiny village called Taplow. I played football professionally until my early 20’s and ever since then I’ve been involved in the fitness space, growing successful companies into group fitness spaces that transformed the lives of thousands of people locally. Last year I moved into my 2nd studio and work privately with busy exec parents to improve their health, quality of life and turn them into healthy role models. So what makes you so special as to have your own facility and write about all this stuff? I write for my clients. I know deep down the pain they’re going through is pain others are experiencing too. I’m not saying that I’m right and others are wrong. I just think these things and rather than keep them in my head, putting them on paper for the public seems to be the most appropriate thing to do. I’ve built a life helping others achieve a healthier life, regardless of their distractions and as I moved location, I didn’t want to step into a commercial gym where my thoughts and sessions would become lost in a sea of sweaty members scrambling over poorly maintained equipment. Hence the studio. The equipment my clients need. No more. No less. Personal attention without the distractions and a space for which my clients can call their second home. How will my coaching and writing help you get healthier? As mentioned I’m here to help my clients and if that helps you? That’s pretty awesome. My writing and coaching focuses on the following:

  • To get you moving better whilst looking better.
  • How to improve your relationships with food.
  • How to enjoy the foods you like the most with balance.
  • Change your behaviours to match your ambitions.
  • How to not only lose the weight but keep it off for good.
  • Achieve incredible transformations in an easy to do manner.
  • Make you aware that you will suffer in order to change your lifestyle, but why it’s necessary.
  • And a lot more.

The goal is to make this new healthy lifestyle stick around for a long time, perhaps the rest of your life. Building a better body takes time, not because it’s difficult to do. It’s because you overcomplicate it and often ignore what’s going in your mind in favour of short term fads or diets that leave you in the same place as before…Frustrated, 0ver weight & unhappy. How you feel, move and perform should be on top of your list when it comes to getting in shape but unfortunately we’re just not conditioned to see it that way. The scale doesn’t determine the level of self worth we have yet we view it that way. And through my coaching techniques and methods, honed over 17,000 hours of coaching clients I firmly believe it’s about empowering you. Empowering you to become the very best of yourself. Fitness isn’t about bringing you down, but building you up – from your mind, life and health. I want to show you what you’re capable of, not what you’re not. We are absolutely capable of some incredible feats and it’s about time you begin to realise that. Every session should be a chance to discover more about yourself and improving upon the last. Your diet – or better phrase ‘fuel’ is never about what you can’t eat. It’s about finding a balance that fits your lifestyle, keeps your intake interesting whilst still allowing you to reach your goals in a way you enjoy. I don’t talk about cheat days or bemoan you for over indulging. We work together to learn about what works for you. This whole journey is a chance to discover more about yourself, to fall in the love with the process of feeling healthier, getting stronger and looking awesome in the process. Build habits over time, stay consistent so there’s no need to strive for perfection. Getting stronger, fitter and healthier should give you the opportunity to learn about yourself and love the process of self-discovery. Fitness should be a part of your life – not all of your life. It’s time to look at what you are achieving every single day and building upon that. Day after Day, habit after habit and workout after workout it’s time you begin to look forward, and not back. There’s no need to keep scouring the internet in search of the latest HIIT workout that leaves you battered and broken. Or quick-fix juice diet that’s brought you looking for more answers than before. Let me give you the information by signing up below that you can apply right now to build upon your success and truly transform your body and mindset.
