Bio

I got started with athletics when I was 8 years old, playing soccer for 7 years, wrestling for 2, and have been training in various fitness activities ever since. I have trained and competed in mixed modal fitness, weightlifting, and powerlifting. My passion for fitness really grew during my nine years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I trained many Marines from maintaining physical standards, weight management, and combat readiness. After my service was over, I attended the University of Maryland and achieved my B.S. in Kinesiology. While completing my studies, I worked as a chiropractic assistant, a youth athletic trainer (lacrosse, volleyball, hockey, and soccer), and also completed an internship with the Junior Tennis Championship Center. Upon receiving my degree I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It is a dream of mine to work with and educate all types of athletes, as well as anyone who aspires to thrive in the military.
