I have been active in sports and fitness since an early age. I started off playing Softball and continued playing through college. I ran for exercise for a while but found CrossFit in 2011 where I found a new love of strength training. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, I have my CrossFit Level 1, and I also have my Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2. Health and wellness is a passion of mine and I love to meet people where there are and help them work towards their personal health, wellness, and fitness goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, sailing, powerlifting and reading.
