After working in a physiotherapy clinic helping injured workers, Silvia realized that many of the injuries she treated were due to poor fitness and thus switched to personal training to help people become more proactive with their health. Through online training, she helps STEM professionals to train and eat so that their long sedentary work hours (and love of carbs) don’t stop them from getting the bodies they want. In her spare time, Silvia likes to train for competitive Olympic weightlifting, eat, nerd out about exercise science and nutrition, and learn about behaviour change.
