Shane has been involved in fitness for over a decade. It started with self, and looking for ways to not feel so tired when playing around with the younger children in her family. From there, and through the advisement of her own personal trainer, she seeked Physical Fitness as a profession. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, with specializations in Performance Enhancement (PES), Corrective Exercise (CES) & Youth Exercise (YES). She also holds a Pain-Free Performance (PPSC) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification. Shane believes in training one’s mindset first & having the body follow; “it’s not hard, it’s challenging”.
