Not born a natural athlete, Tiffany has a passion for inspiring what can be achieved through consistent hard work and dedication. In an industry where consistency is literally the KEY to success, her dedication to practice, persistence, and perseverance pays off. And that is what she tries to translate to her clients.

Since discovering strength training for stress management during college she has become infatuated with understanding the science behind the way the mind and body work together.

For over a decade, she has been on a mission to learn as much as possible in order to help as many people as possible. After years in the industry, instructing everywhere from corporate fitness centers to helping launch niche boutique studios, she had a clear vision of providing a completely comprehensive wellness experience from strength and conditioning to recovery to nutrition support and guidance under one roof, which led her to open Workhorse Fitness & Yoga in Southern Pines, NC.
