I am a 24 year old personal trainer at Lifetime Athletic in Mansfield, TX. I am a former high school basketball player and a recent graduate of the University of North Texas with a Masters degree in Recreation, Event, & Sport Management. I have been training for just under a year and greatly enjoy helping my athletes and clients. I recommend all fitness professionals attend the PPSC workshop if at all possible. The material is great and you learn so much in order to help yourself, clients, and athletes be PAIN FREE.
